Delivery

UK Shipping:

All orders to the UK will be sent from our UK office using Royal Mail.

For orders under £30 - the delivery charge will be £1.95

Any orders above £30 - delivery will be FREE and automatically applied at checkout.

Orders £40+ - we will send with Royal Mail Tracked - FREE

All shipments will be fulfilled by Royal Mail & dispatched the next working day after the order is placed!

*Please note that all samples are made to order & not sitting in sample bottles for days on end - nothing is decanted until the order is placed to guarantee perfect quality*

EU Shipping: (Excluding Ireland)

We will ship your order from our office in Central Europe and so delivery times will vary from country to country. Please allow 10 working days before chasing the order! :)

For EU Countries - Delivery will be £5  - or FREE if buying 10 or more samples!

Ireland Shipping - Shipments to Ireland take longer than any other country in the EU and so I ask you only order if you can wait at least 3 weeks for your order to arrive. It may come before then, but it seems lately that shipments take about 3 weeks to arrive. 

Customs: There will be no customs charges as we ship from within the EU to countries in the EU. - This does not include Norway which may accrue customs or VAT after the order is delivered. 

For Poland - Delivery will be £1.49 / PLN 8zl if the order value is under £15 - or free if the order is over £15.

- You must place orders for the EU on our EU website - visionaryfragranceseu.com 

- All EU orders are shipped from the EU using your local delivery courier depending on your country of residence. We do sometimes use DHL for larger orders. There will be Zero custom fees as we ship from within the EU. 

- Delivery times will vary depending on your country of residence, but we will use a tracking number for every EU order.

Important: Please enter your phone number during the checkout process so you can be contacted by the courier! 

 

Norway - As of April 2024, we have included Norway as a shipping destination. All orders to Norway will be shipped from the EU, using the local courier Posten. Customs and/or VAT may be applicable to your order as Norway is outside the EU.

Customs: For shipments to Norway, it is possible that you will be charged VAT or customs charges once your order has ben delivered. This is your responsibility so please bare this in mind before ordering.
