Refund policy

Our products come with a 28-day money back guarantee. During this time, you can inspect the items you have paid for and providing they are not used or tampered with, return them for an exchange or refund. We will refund you for the cost of the actual perfume, minus the postage..

Faulty or Damaged products must be reported straight after delivery so we can sort out the issue & resolve as quickly as possible. You must provide pictures of the damaged products so we can identify the issue. We may also ask that you return them to us for further investigation.

We cannot offer a refund for items that have been opened and used. If the perfume is not to your liking, then that is one of the benefits in using a sample company like this to avoid buying a large bottle - we are not responsible for if you do or do not like the fragrance. At the end of the day it comes down to personal taste.

We will not be able to offer a return/refund if you think the perfume is fake or the smell is different to what you thought. Everything on this website is authentic and it's possible for batches of particular perfumes to change.

Because fragrance samples are consumable, opened or sprayed samples cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

We will not offer returns or refunds for any package that has been opened and used.

I know I have said it before - but absolutely every product we sell is 100% genuine & what you get in our sample bottles is the exact same as what you get in the original bottle. You won't find any copies or watered down fragrances anywhere in our business.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@visionaryfragrances.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
